1.1 Innolivio Ltd, trading as Mazuwa Renewables with its registered office at The Views, Bratton Clovelly, Okehampton, Devon, EX20 4JW and with company number 08577282, and other companies in the Mazuwa Renewables group collect and use certain Personal Data. Mazuwa Renewables is responsible for ensuring that it uses that Personal Data in compliance with data protection laws, including (but not limited to) the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and any other national, implementing or supplementing Data Protection Legislation including but not limited to the Data Protection Act 2018.
1.2 At Mazuwa Renewables we respect the privacy of our clients, and we are committed to keeping all your Personal Data secure. This Privacy Notice governs the handling of Personal Data by Mazuwa Renewables in the course of carrying on commercial activities.

Mazuwa Renewables Products - means the renewable energy products, renewable energy related installation services, energy consultancy services and ancillary products available on and via the Mazuwa Renewables Website and directly from Mazuwa Renewables.
Mazuwa Renewables Website - means the Mazuwa Renewables website at www.mazuwa.com including all content and materials making up that website plus the Mazuwa Renewables Products.
Mazuwa Renewables, we or us - means Innolivio Ltd trading as Mazuwa Renewables
User(s), Customers or You - means the visitors and/or users and/or customers of the Mazuwa Renewables.

2.1 This Privacy Notice concerns the following information that we collect about you:

In relation to data being transferred outside the EEA, for example, this may be done in one of the following ways:

7. HOW WE SAFEGUARD YOUR INFORMATION
7.1 We have extensive controls in place to maintain the security of our information and information systems. Client files are protected with safeguards according to the sensitivity of the relevant information. Appropriate controls (such as restricted access) are placed on our computer systems. Physical access to areas where Personal Data is gathered, processed or stored is limited to authorised employees.
7.2 As a condition of employment, Mazuwa Renewables employees are required to follow all applicable laws and regulations, including in relation to data protection law.
